Faculty Members with Contracts Persons employed for the fiscal year or for the academic year of two semesters have an obligation to inform, as soon as practical, their immediate supervisor of their intention to resign on completion of an appointment period. Such persons shall give written notice of their intention to resign to the President no later than two (2) weeks after being notified of the terms of the Employment Contract for the next fiscal or academic year.
Faculty Members without Contracts Any member of the Faculty not included in the preceding paragraph who plans to leave the Institute shall give written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date.
