Reason for Policy

Georgia Tech encourages international collaborations. Corporate & International Contracting serves as the point of contact for all international sponsored projects. This office facilitates international collaborations and helps assure compliance with Georgia Institute of Technology policies, as well as state and federal rules, regulations, and laws.

Policy Statement

In general, the industrial F&A rate applies to all international projects including those funded by foreign governments and foreign government entities.  Any exceptions to the F&A rate for international projects need to be approved in writing by the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research (EVPR). http://policies.gatech.edu/facilities-administrative-fa-cost-rates

Scope
